住房政策 & 程序

There are a number of “blue light” emergency phone locations throughout campus. Activate one of these and you will be connected with the 大学警察 immediately.

- If you see a fire or smell smoke, pull the nearest building alarm immediately.

- If you hear a fire alarm, you are required to immediately exit the building.

取消
食宿合同有效期为一学年. The contract may not be canceled by an enrolled student after check-in. If you have questions about extenuating for contract cancellation, please contact the Residence Life Main Office (Atherton 305).
因未登记而取消
如果学生没有在第二学期注册, they must give written notice of intent to leave on campus housing by completing a 房屋合约取消通知书. 此通知应于12月10日前提交. 1日(春季学期)和6月1日(秋季学期).
The University may cancel the room and board contract without any refund in room fees, 适当通知, if a student violates residence hall 政策 or regulations.
申请房屋资格

厅务费

膳食计划

To change a meal plan, please submit the form located on the 住房 Portal. 每学期开学后7天内不得更改膳食计划.

个人财产/保险
皇冠投注网 shall accept no responsibility for the theft or loss of monies, 学生的贵重物品或其他个人物品. 大学不承担任何损失的责任, 或者损害, 个人财产, 用于公用事业的故障或中断, 或者对人的伤害. 鼓励学生确保他们的个人财产被自己的保险覆盖或购买学生租房者的保险政策.
退款
If a student withdraws from 皇冠投注 and the residence hall during the academic year, they may be entitled to a refund of some room and/or board charges. 退款 are based upon the date the student officially vacates the residence hall, including completing proper checkout procedures and returns all keys. All refunds are made to the student’s account with the University.
退款 for room charges will be made according to the schedule listed below:

Renting or subleasing of any on-campus housing space is prohibited.
